Meet Dr. Rebecca Yang, DDS

Welcome to Althea Dentistry! I am elated to embark on this journey with you and create a dental home built on trust, transparency, and genuine care.

I was born in Georgia and raised in Maryland in a Korean-American home that taught me the value of hard work, continuous learning, and serving others. I went on to earn my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where I gained both a solid clinical foundation and a commitment to treating every patient with compassion and empathy.

Our family’s journey brought us to Central Texas when my husband’s career in the U.S. Army stationed us in the area. Between the incredible warmth of our neighbors and the unique charm of the city, it didn’t take long for us to call Georgetown home.

As your dentist, my mission is to deliver precision dentistry and exceptional clinical care in an environment where you feel heard, comfortable, and valued. Like going to your old school family dentist but with all the updated technology and evidence based practices. I want going to the dentist to be a positive experience you actually look forward to.
